How to read the label and choose a strength

- Milligrams (mg) — the total cannabinoid in the bottle. A higher number means more CBN in the same 50ml, which is why a 6000mg bottle costs more than a 1000mg one.
- Per-millilitre strength — divide the milligrams by the volume. A 1000mg CBN oil in a 50ml bottle works out at 20mg per millilitre; a 6000mg bottle is 120mg per millilitre. The dropper measures a 0.5ml serving, so any 50ml bottle holds about 100 servings whatever the strength.
