Reading the label
Each product lists its total cannabinoid in milligrams and the bottle volume. Divide the milligrams by the volume in millilitres to get the per-millilitre strength shown on the product page.
Taking a sublingual oil
Shake the bottle. Use the dropper to place your measured amount under the tongue, hold it there for about 60 seconds, then swallow.
Storage
Keep the bottle closed, away from direct sunlight and heat, and out of reach of children and pets.
