We want you to be satisfied with your order. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned items, we refund the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Opened or damaged items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or faulty. If an item arrives damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days and we will make it right.
